Big News #1: Holy Shit! Yep that's the typical reaction. I am now engaged to possibly the most incredible person I have ever met. I proposed to Sarah in September of 2004 while we were out in Seattle for a weekend of Dave Matthews Band at The Gorge (take a look at the photos, it is absolutely gorgeous). Don't ask about wedding plans because we have none yet. Sarah is heading back to school for her second bachelors degree, this time in nursing. She will be attending Fairfield University :-) starting this June as a full time student for 15 months. Once that gets done we will be doing the marriage thing.
Big News #2: We've moved! Up up and away from 539 Plains Road and down to the beach! Crap we've been blessed with great housing since college. Ok so this house isn't exactly as nice as The Mansion, but it offers one hell of a better view!
Big News #3: And finally I've picked up a new job. I started working for the AMerican Cancer Society in August, finally getting myself out of the CT Yankee Council. Better atmosphere here thankfully. But most importantly I feel like I am actually making a difference in something.
I have also been volunteering my time with the Milford Rotary club in order to help strengthen the organization with an infusion of youthful enthusiasm. On top of that I am also serving as the Publicity Chair for the Relay For Life of Milford, CT and hoping to make it the most successful event that Connecticut has ever seen.
